Word has been received of the death of Karin Ann Davis, 49, of Lawton, Oklahoma.
A private family Celebration of Life for Karin will be held.
Ms. Davis passed away on July 27, 2010 in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
Karin Ann was born on April 5, 1961 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Rexie F. and Erika F. (Merz) Campbell. She grew up in Lawton were she attended local schools graduating in 1979 from Eisenhower High School. She attended Great Plains Area Vo-Tech Center where she graduated from the LPN program. Ms. Davis worked as a LPN at a variety of hospitals in Oklahoma and at the Great Plains Surgical Clinic until 1999 when she moved to Las Vegas and began a career in property management until moving back to Lawton in 2007. She was a Mary Kay Consultant. She enjoyed Facebook, traveling, gardening and cooking for family and friends. She loved to write poetry.
She is survived by her fiancé, Greg Stiteler, of the home; her brother and sister in law, Jim and Jasmine Campbell, of South Lake, Texas; her sisters and brothers in law, Luci and Jim Davis, of Lawton, Oklahoma, Brigitte and Mark McDaniel, of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Suzanne and Chris Bastow, of Bienville, Louisiana; her nieces and nephews, Allie Ray Campbell, of South Lake, Texas, Jenifer Hartman, and her husband, Jim, of Boston, Massachusetts, Jason Davis and his wife, Jennifer, of St. Louis, Missouri, Chris McDaniel, of Scottsdale, Arizona, Tim McDaniel and his wife, Amy, of Sierra Vista, Arizona, and Travis Bastow, of Bienville, Louisiana; her cat, Steeler; and many close friends and her special Facebook friends.
Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her parents.
Her family has requested no flowers, instead please make a memorial contribution in her name to Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma or to the charity of the donor's choice.
