Funeral service for Robert Leroy Ayers, 53, of Cache, will be at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 1, 2008 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Antwine, officiating.
     Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Ayers died on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at his home. Robert LeRoy Ayers was born on January 10, 1955 in Burbank, California to jack and Geraldine Reeves Ayers. He grew up in California and graduated from high school there. He moved to Lawton when he was 19 years old. He married Becky Mehring in 1978 in Lawton. He moved to Cache, Oklahoma in 2005. He worked as an auto repossessor for Able Auto Recovery from 1984 until retiring in 2004.
     He is survived by two sons, Robert Charles Ayers and his wife, Casey, of Lawton and Troy Leroy Ayers, of Lawton; his daughter, Hollie Elizabeth Vissepo, of Lawton; his sister Cindy Ayala, of California; his former wife, Becky Bloomer, of Lawton; three grandchildren, Tyler Javier Vissepo, of Lawton, Paris Ayers, of Lawton, and Victor Anthony Garland, of Lawton.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
