Graveside Memorial Service for Ganola Ann “Joly” Adams, 65, of Temple, Texas Lawton, Oklahoma, will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday April 30, 2008, at Letitia Cemetery with Jim Antwine, officiating.

Mrs. Adams died April 20, 2008 in Temple at a local hospital.

Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
     
She was born on January 23, 1943 in Canyon, Texas, to Charles B. and Anita Marie Bonorden Adams. She graduated Amarillo High School and then graduated with a bachelors of science degree in medical technology from Gradwohl School of Medical Technology in St. Louis, Missouri and later attended Dade University and University of Texas Health Science in Austin. She specialized in drug and substance abuse counseling. She worked 28 years at St. Joseph Hospital, Bryan, Texas, as a lab technician and retired in 2006.
     
She is survived by three sons and a daughter; Lynnard Haley of Navasota, Texas, Larry Haley of Bryan, Texas, and Tammi Hart of Temple, Texas and Patrick Mays of Temple, Texas; four grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence Adams of Phoenix, Arizona, and one sister-in-law Janie Adams Dupler of Lawton, Oklahoma; and many nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her mother and father and three brothers, Norman, Poin, and Alan Adams, and three sisters; Wynelle Hart-Rogers, Laquita Anderson, and Eloise “Wink” Kizer.
