     Funeral service for Andrew “Andy” Fitzpatrick Bolan, 31, of Elgin, will be at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, May 11, 2007 at the Fine Arts Center at Elgin High School with Bro. Gary Neighbors of Locust Grove Baptist Church, officiating.
     Mr. Bolan died on Sunday, May 6, 2007, in Elgin, Oklahoma.
     Burial with Marine Corp honors will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
     A special visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at the funeral home.
     Andrew was born on December 30, 1975 in Tacoma, Washington to Patrick K. and Diane C. Lund Bolan. He grew up in Tacoma, Washington and graduated from Washington High School in 1994. He joined the US Marine Corp on August 3, 1994 and served four years where he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Rifle Sharpshooter Badge, and the Pistol Sharpshooter Badge. He was honorably discharged on August 2 1998. Following his service, he came to Elgin, Oklahoma in 1998 where he held several occupations before he began working at Republic Paperboard Company. He married Amy M. McDonald on June 14, 1997 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Deer Camp Hunting Club.
     Survivors include his wife of the home; his father and step-mother, Patrick and Pamela Bolan of Tacoma, Washington; his mother and step-father, Diane and Ricky Biggs of Robinsons Landing, Oklahoma; two sons, Chase Nathaniel Bolan of Tacoma, Washington, and Haggen Andrew Bolan of Elgin, Oklahoma; one daughter, Hallye Michelle Bolan of Elgin, Oklahoma; three brothers, Steven K. Bolan and his wife, Kristie, of Elgin, Oklahoma, Beau Bolan of Tacoma, Washington, and Michael Dato and his wife, Amber of Tacoma, Washington; his paternal grandmother, Sylvia Bolan of Portland, Oregon; his maternal grandmother, Helene Lund of Lawton, Oklahoma; grandparents, Charles and Betty Biggs, of Elgin, Oklahoma; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Eddie and Debbie McDonald, of Elgin, Oklahoma; a sister-in-law, Pamela Rodgers and her husband, Chad, of Elgin, Oklahoma; a brother-in-law, Kevin McDonald and his wife, Beverly, of Elgin; three nephews, Gavin J. Bolan of Elgin, Oklahoma, Hunter McDonald, of Elgin, Oklahoma and Dylan McDonald, of Elgin, Oklahoma; a niece, Ariel McDonald, of Elgin, Oklahoma; and a host of other family members.
     He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John James Bolan and Olaf John Lund.
     A special fellowship with food and drinks has been arranged for Wednesday evening May 9, 2007 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Elgin Middle School Cafeteria.
