Private funeral service was held for Dr. Jack C. Bellino-Hall OD, age 74 of Lawton, Oklahoma. A cremation service was held following the funeral.

Services were under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home, Lawton, Oklahoma.

Dr. Jack C. Bellino-Hall OD, age 74, died in Lawton, Oklahoma on November 20, 2008. Born February 9, 1934 in Bismarck, North Dakota to Daniel Hall and Zoe Bowen Hall. He graduated from Bismarck High School in 1952 where he was an Allstate football player. He served in the United States Air Force from February 4, 1956 to January 26, 1962. He married Donna R. Vance on October 23, 1954 in Rotan, New Mexico.

He graduated from College of Optometry Pacific University on December 19, 1965. He entered the United States Army January 8, 1966 to October 15, 1975. He served his country in the Vietnam war in the 241 General Dispensary in Camranh Bay, Vietnam. He then proudly served in the United States Public Health Service in October 16, 1974 to June 30, 1987. He married Dr. Rosemary Bellino on November 23, 1977 in Rosebud, South Dakota.

He received an MBA degree in January 10, 1981 from from Golden Gate University. He received his Pilots license on October 23, 1982.

Dr. Jack C. Bellino-Hall was a member of the Lawton Metropolitan Area Airport Authority from 1991 to 1997 where he also served a term as chairman. He was a Mason in the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma. The Lawton Arts and Humanities Council awarded him the Business of the Arts Award for Park Ridge Professional Center in 2003. Dr. Bellino-Hall was active in the Lawton Community Theatre, American Optometric Assoc., First Presbyterian Church and Sons of Italy. He made numerous mission trips to Mexico volunteering as an Optometrist.

Dr. Bellino-Hall was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters. Left with loving memories is his devoted wife, Rosemary; daughter, Jackie and her husband Roger, daughter Dena and her husband Eric and daughter, Dana. Grandchildren: Dustin and his wife Leslie, Melissa, Bryan and wife Jennifer, Kimberly and husband Jeremy, Leslie and husband Brandon and Ashley. Great Grandchildren: Jeremy, Carden and Kaitlyn.

He loved his devoted wife, family, football and flying.
