Memorial service for Richard " Rick" Eugene Allen, 54, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Faith Family Fellowship with Rev. Ron DuPont, pastor, officiating.

Mr. Allen died Monday, May 4th, 2009 in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Services are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Rick was born on January 29th, 1955 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Dewey and Billie (Weathers) Allen. He grew up in Lawton where he attended local schools. He worked as a plumber for Norrell Plumbing for 15 years. He married Deana Day on November 2, 1995 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He attended church at the Christian Center and Faith Family Fellowship.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; his mother, Billie Allen of Lawton, Oklahoma; two daughters, Kristin Resendiz, and her husband, Erick, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Heather Day, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Sandra Blakey, of Illinois, Susan Hass and her husband, John, of Illinois, Diana Ottaman and her husband Kirk, of Georgia, and Mary Louise Allen, of California; two grandchildren, Emma Resendiz and Aiden Resendiz , both of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a host of other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his father.
