Graveside service for Charles O. "Dave" Davis, 70, of Cache, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010 at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Mr. David passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

There will be a special visitation for family and friends on Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Dave was born on August 11, 1939 in Augusta, Kansas to Charles W. Davis, Jr and Grace Crosby Davis. He grew up in the Augusta area. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Army in 1961 and served in Vietnam. He retired from the army in 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Ursula, of the home; three sons and a daughter in law, Antonio and Lydia Davis; Michael Davis and Eddie Davis; his brother and sister in law, Robert and Dorothy Davis; his grandson, Daniel; two nephews, Shawn and Scott and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
