Jacob Loyd McFarland

Memorial service for Jacob Loyd McFarland, 23, of Lawton will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Union Park at 6th and I Ave in Lawton, Oklahoma. 

Jacob passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Lawton, Oklahoma. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.  

Jacob was born on July 6, 1994 in Lawton, Oklahoma to James Allen McFarland and Kimberly Taylor. He grew up in Lawton where he attended school, graduating from Lawton High School in 2013. He worked Crockett's Smokehouse and later at Arrow Moving and Storage. Jacob enjoyed hanging out with his buddies. He was always friendly and looked out for other people.  He will be miss by all who knew him. 

He is survived by his mother, Kimberly Miles and her husband Steve, of Lawton; his father, James Allen McFarland, of Lawton, OK; two bothers and a sister in law, Lance Jacobson, of Lawton, OK and Cody and Samantha Nelson, of Lawton, OK; his grandmother, Lawana  McFarland, of Elgin, OK; his nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles, Pete Taylor, Kay and Mike Thompson, Pamela McFarland, Chris McFarland; numerous cousins; and all of his south side family and friends. 
 
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James Loyd McFarland and Alice Hall.
