Funeral service for Mahendrakumar Jagubhai Patel, 68 of Lawton will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Mr. Patel passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Lawton.

A prayer service for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Mahendrakumar was born on April 1, 1949 in India to Jagubhai and Maniben Patel. He married Hansa M. Patel and they have made their home in Oklahoma for the past 35 years living in Anadarko and later coming to Lawton. He worked as an Inn keeper before retiring.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; his son, Rajesh Patel and his daughters, Alaina and Sarina; his daughter, Rina Patel and her sons, Nevin Patel and Kellen Patel; one brother and two sisters; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents.
