Ralph C. Davis, Sr.

Ralph C. Davis, Sr. passed away November 26, 2020.

He was born on August 5, 1944 in Exeter, New Hampshire.

He joined the United States military in 1963.

He married Priscilla "Chris" Lund of Nashua, New Hampshire on July 29, 1967.

During tenure in the military, he served in Korea and Vietnam on the DMZ.

Over his 20 years of active duty, he was stationed at Fort Sill, OK 3 tmes, Arkadelphia, AK, Fort Polk, LA, Germany 2 times (Stuttgart, Aschaffenburg) and Fort Dix, NJ. He loved Lawton during the time he was stationed at Fort Sill so he chose to retire here in September 1983.

After his military service, he continued to support military for another 18 years in the Civil Service department at Reynolds Army Hospital, Fort Sill, retiring 2001.

He was very active in the Cub Scout and Boy Scout program in Lawton, watching the young men as they learned and grew into adults. He became a unit commissioner in the scouting program, working to get parents more involved with the program and their boys. 

He is survived by his younger brother, Calvin Davis of Oklahoma City, his sister, Pamela Morton, of New Hampshire, his wife, Priscilla L. Davis, daughters Danielle Davis, Michelle Pietan, and son Ralph C. Davis Jr., grandson Eric Davis, Robert William Wallace, granddaughter Shannon Rene Jiles, Heather Nichols Pietan, and 4 great-grandchildren Abidine, Emiliegh, Aoewynn, and Alesia Jade.
