Rosemary Margueritte Ozio

Graveside service for Rosemary Margueritte Ozio, 89, of Lawton will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Highland Cemetery with Rev.  Kevin Bradley of Faith Apostolic Center of Lawton officiating.  

Mrs.  Ozio went peacefully to her heavenly home Saturday, July 1st, 2017 surrounded by her  family. 

Burial will be at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.  

Rosemary was born on March 30th, 1928 in Plymouth, Indiana to Edward C. and Edna Daisy (Dague) Krou.  She married the love of her life Eddie Tom Ozio on November 15, 1947 at Kuntz, Texas.  Rosemary worked civil service, at the nursery at Fort Sill for fourteen years She enjoyed baking, playing Skip-Bo, solving crossword puzzles, and sewing . Rosemary  loved most of all spending time with her family, who were the light of her world. She was a long term member resident of Lawton, and member of the Faith Apostolic Center. 

She is survived by three children, James S.  Ozio of Elgin, Dennis M.  Ozio and wife Claudia of Wade, Maine, and Linda J. Ozio-Russell and husband Ronald of Clovis, New Mexico; one sister, Kathrine Hanners of South Bend, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Shelly Phelps, Celeste Kelly, Ronald Russell Jr. , Kimberley Russell-Baum, Scott  Ozio, Jason  Ozio, Jennifer Ozio-Alwan, and Jacklyn Ozio; thirteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.  

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Tom Ozio; her parents; three sons, Edward, Sam, and Thomas Ozio; four brothers, Donald, Roland, Bobby, and Harold Krou; and two sister Ester Irene Weimer-Krou  , and Ethel Leona Krou
