Ms. Dunn, thank you so much for your kindness to me and my boys many years ago. You are one of the wisest and hardest working women I know. I am thankful I was able to share a moment of laughter and smiles with you that day in the hospital. You were still full of wit, sarcasm and charm. I will always remember you wearing that lovely purple blouse. You always looked so pretty in it and it make your eyes sparkle even more. It was always my favorite. My thoughts are prayers to the family. May God surround you all in peace, comfort and strength during this difficult journey.

I am going to miss my sweet neighbor. She is someone I will always admire. She was a mover and a shaker and the hardest worker I've ever known. There was nothing she couldn't or wouldn't do. Nothing stopped her. She has given me some wonderful memories. It's hard to walk out my front door and look down at her home and know she's not there. I wouldn't be surprised if she's rearranging Heaven or telling the Angels a more efficient way of doing something. RIP Shirley.....there will never be another you.
