Steven Alan Janicke

Memorial service for Steven Janicke, 61, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Fletcher Christian Church in Fletcher, OK. 

Mr. Janicke passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. 

Steven was born on July 19, 1962 in Santa Monica, California where he grew up as a true Cali boy who loved the beach and sun. Steven enjoyed boating in Big Bear Mountains and New Port Beach. In 2014, he moved to the Duncan/Lawton area to be near his mom where he enjoyed riding motorcycles and listening to live music at Medicine Park. Steven received a second chance at life on May 15, 2016 when he found his sobriety. He helped countless others by being an example for recovery. He was also a member of Fletcher Christian Church, the only church that he ever attended.  

He is survived by his sister, Cheyenne Warner and Jimmy Armstrong and their children, JuJu and Steven Warner and many other loving family and friends. 

Mr. Janicke was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann (Jones) Liptrap and sister, Alisha Emma Warner.
