Graveside service for Alfred B. Humphrey, 81 of Lawton will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma with Johnny Wray officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
Mr. Humphrey passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 in Lawton.
Alfred was born on August 27, 1937 in Charlottesville, Virginia to James and Violet (Brown) Humphrey. He grew up in Virginia and enlisted in the United States Army on August 28, 1961. After his honorable discharge on August 27, 1964, he worked as an electrician in the construction business for many years. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara "Bobbie" King; and his nieces and nephew, Hazel and Ben Stern, Cindy and Wayne Crow, and Rick King; and his great nieces and great nephews.
