We are very sad for you and your families. We fondly remember the family gatherings with your Mom, you young girls (at that time), and our extended families.
Barbara was the first person in our family to attend college and get a degree. That impressed me, and encouraged me to do the same. She was a special lady.
May God bring you comfort.

Barbara Jolene Carter, a beautiful and special friend from my childhood. Our parents were friends and we children spent many fun times together roaming around the pasture and the outdoors and playing games. My sympathy is with her family in their time of grief. The Lord bless you and be gracious to you.
