Graveside service for Christopher "Dylan" LeJeune, 29, of Lawton will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma with Rev. Harold Gaches, pastor of First Baptist West officiating. 

Dylan passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Cache, Oklahoma. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. 

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Dylan was born on November 29, 1991 in Lawton, Oklahoma. His parents are Darin LeJeune, Deborah Alverson and husband, Christopher, and Chris Sanders. He attended school in Lawton, graduating from Eisenhower High School in 2010. He then attended Vo-Tech for H-Vac Heating and Air. Dylan joined the United States Army on July 23, 2012 and did his basic training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He served his country at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri and Fort Carson, Colorado, receiving the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon. After his honorable discharge from the military on December 30, 2014, he worked as a Heating and Air Technician in Lawton until moving to Sheridan, Wyoming to attend Sheridan College. He returned to Lawton in December of 2020. Dylan liked eating late at night, and enjoyed playing the guitar with his friends and working out. 

He is survived by his parents, Darin LeJeune, of Lawton, OK, Deborah and Christopher Alverson, of Lawton, OK; and Chris Sanders, of Cache, OK; his brothers and sisters in law, Tyler  and Alyssa LeJeune and Garrett and Kendra Alverson; his sister and brother in law, Amanda and Brody Moses; his grandparents, Margaret Apoka, Beverly LeJeune, and Larry Sanders; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family members; and his beloved fur babies, Bishop and Boudreaux.   

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Joseph Apoka, Sr. and Cal LeJeune, Sr; his brother, Cody Board; his uncle, Lonnie LeJeune; and his aunt, Deborah Moss.
