Dale Edward Litzinger

Word has been received of the death of Dale Edward Litzinger, 55, of Lawton, OK. 

Mr. Litzinger passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in Lawton, OK. 

Dale was born on August 28, 1962 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to Quentin and Patricia (Johnston) Litzinger. He grew up in Ashville, PA where he attended the Penn Cambria School District. Dale entered the United States Army in 1981.  He was stationed in Germany and then Fort Sill, OK.  In 1985 he was honorably discharged from the Army.  After his time in the Army, he remained in Oklahoma and was a resident of Medicine Park.  Dale became a machinist and eventually the owner of A & R Machine Shop. Dale was an avid outdoorsman; who loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his three brothers: Gregory Litzinger, Glen Litzinger, and Wade Litzinger; and three sisters, Anita Fees, Adell Weaver, and Paula Weir; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as a host of friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
