Gary Lee Clark

Memorial service for Gary Lee Clark, 74, of Duncan, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Adam Parker associate pastor of Lighthouse Church, Mangum, Oklahoma, officiating. 
       
Mr. Clark passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Gary was born on December 24, 1947 in  Lawton, Oklahoma to Roy S. and Lola (Pierce) Clark.  He grew up in Lawton where he attended school. He married Linda Amick on July 18, 1968 in Lawton and they lived in Lawton for awhile before living in the Duncan area for many years. Gary was a tradesman who was self employed as a carpenter, worked for John Deer Tractor Company and later worked at Duncan Cemetery as a grounds crew worker. He bought, sold, and traded many items. He also enjoyed fishing, woodworking, caring for his animals, teasing, aggravating and story telling were some of his favorite past times.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Clark, of the home whom he would have been married for 54 years next week; his sons and daughters in law, Dewayne and Chanda Clark, of Mangum, OK and James and Goldia Clark, of  Comanche, OK; his daughters Patricia Rice, of Velma, Ok and Diana Riedel and her fiancee, Bobby Moore, of Duncan, OK; his brothers and sister in law, Bill and Janet Clark, of Carthage, MO and Jimmy Clark, of Sterling, OK; his brother in law, Floyd McCaig, of Geronimo, OK; 15 grandchildren and spouses,  Courtney and Adam Parker, Cory Clark and Kate Rankin, Cody Thompson, Garrett Rice, Dalton Rice, Wyatt Rice, Cheyenne Rice, Sarah Rice, Spur Rice, Jessica Fogarty and husband Kade, Jesse and Ashley Riedel, Colby "Bubba" Riedel, Ethan Riedel, Christian Riedel, and Dallas Clark; 11 great grandchildren and two on the way; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members.   

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jerry Clark; his sisters, Shirley Street, Leona Robertson, Norma Gay Clark, and June McCaig; his great grandson, Dexton Rice; his nephew, David Clark; his niece, LeWanna Clark; and his sisters in law, Martha Clark and Melva Clark.
