Heather (Brooks) Graham

Memorial service for Heather (Brooks) Graham, 48, of Lawton will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024 at First Christian Church, Lawton, OK.

Heather passed away on March 23, 2024 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Heather was born on April 21, 1975 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Robert and Beverly (Durham) Brooks.  She grew up in Lawton where she attended school. The family lived for a while in Germany, returning to Lawton in the early 80’s. She married Scott Ellis and to that union five children were born. She was a homemaker and enjoyed latch hooking and being on computer. She also liked camping but above everything, she loved her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Timonthy Graham, of Tatums, OK her mother, Beverly Watson, of Lawton, OK; her children, Brooke Ellis, Zhane Ellis, Aaliyah Ellis, Andre Ellis, and Devin Ellis; two brothers, Daniel Brooks and Anthony Watson; her grandchildren, Dawn Ellis, Jonika Blackwolf, Elinor Pierre, Attillis Young, Amani Young, Raelynn Ellis, Jah’mar Adams; and numerous aunts and uncles including Pandora and David Bravis that helped care for her in her final days; her cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.    

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Brooks; her step father, John Watson; her maternal grandmother; Elinor Durham; her paternal grandmother, Marie Blamer; and her uncles, Mark Durham, Brad Brooks, and Daniel Pickell.
