Tribute

James “Clark” Kinzer, 64, of Grandfield, OK, went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2020.

Clark was born on August 4, 1955 in Wichita Falls, TX to Howard and Joyce Parris Kinzer.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gray Funeral Home, Grandfield, OK.

Clark lived an adventurous life! He danced to the beat of his own music! If there was a song written about Clark’s life it would be about the love, beauty & the pain he lived through, in his lifetime. One of Clark’s famous mottos, as quoted by his nephew recently was, “No Problems Only Solutions.” Clark never met a stranger, remembering everyone’s name he had ever met! He was very mannerly, always saying Yes Sir/M’am, No Sir/M’am. He was charming & a true gentleman, always kissing the ladies hands & giving the men a firm handshake.  His smile was as big as the hat he always wore. He never left his friends presence (or hung up the phone) without saying “I love you guys!” Clark truly loved his Family, Friends, his Harley & his red Corvette! He was a great horseman! Even having a horse named Thunder that was struck by lightning (True Story). He was a free spirit! He traveled all over the United States & Mexico looking for the next adventure, where he could explore something new. Everyone that was fortunate to have met Clark, has their own unique experience that they will cherish forever! If a man’s wealth was determined by the number of friends he had, Clark would be a very wealthy man!
Clark loved the Lord, discussing HIS Word with friends often! His (along with his sister, Sherry) greatest Hero and influence in their lives was their Father.

Clark was preceded in death by his father Howard Kinzer.

He is survived by his Mother, Joyce (Parris) Kinzer Barnes and Step Father Dwight Barnes of Grandbury, TX. Sister, Sherry Kinzer Reichardt and husband Leonard Reichardt of Showlow, Arizona. Nephew, Rock Wedel & family of Ponte Verde, Florida. Niece, Brooke Stone & family of St. Augustine, Florida. Many cousins & many, many friends.

Celebration of Clark’s life will be determined at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made to your favorite Charity in James Clark Kinzer’s name.
