Jimmie Frank Bishop

Word has been received of the death of Jimmie Frank Bishop, 78, of Cache, Oklahoma. 

Mr. Bishop passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at his home in Cache, OK.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. 

Jimmie was born on June 1,1945 to Albert Washington and Clara (Brummett) Bishop in Wilson, Oklahoma where he grew up and attended school. He married the love of his life, Cynthia Haney in Lawton, Oklahoma and they were happily married for 54 years before Cynthia passed away on November 1, 2021. Jimmie worked as a plumber for nearly 50 years at Gordon's Plumbing in Lawton, Oklahoma. In his free time, his family labeled him as a Walmart Entrepreneur. He also enjoyed watching westerns with his fur babies, Mickey and Buddie, and enjoyed people watching.

He is survived by his two children, Jimmy Bishop, of Moore, OK and Cindy Ballou, of Indiahoma, OK; his brothers and sisters; his grandchildren and their spouses, Daphne and Tony Terlizzi of Slaughterville , OK, Samantha Bishop of Perry, OK, Alexis Hope Bishop, of  Moore, OK, Jessica and James McMaines, of Cache, OK, Reno and Carissa Ballou, of Frederick, OK, and Garrett Ballou of Cache, OK; his great grandchildren, Kelsey and Isabella Terlizzi, Braeden, Larkin, Rorey, Dean, and Yancy McMaines; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Clara Bishop; and his loving wife of 54 years, Cynthia Bishop.
