Jimmy L. Wilson

Word has been received of the death of Jimmy L. Wilson, 55, of Lawton.      

Mr. Wilson passed away on October 27, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

No services are planned at this time. 

Jim was born on August 22, 1965 in Nashville, Tennessee to Howard Lindsey and Nettie Sue (Berryhill) Wilson. He grew up in Alabama where he attended school. He served his country in the United States Navy and later he worked for the Chicago Railroad as a mechanic. He also worked at a automotive repair shop. He came to Lawton in 2006. He enjoyed fishing and shooting. He also enjoyed college football. 

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Roberts, of the home; his daughter, Anne Roberts, of the home; and many friends.  

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother; and his sister.
