Michial Wilford Riddle

Michial Wilford “Mike” Riddle passed from this earthly life on November 15, 2023, in Burkburnett TX.  Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church in Grandfield, Ok with Rev. Micky Miller, officiating. 
Interment will be in the Grandfield Memorial Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Gray Funeral Home in Grandfield, OK.
Mike was born on September  7, 1948 in Albany, Oregon to Janna Dee (Phillips) Riddle and Arthur Haze Riddle. He spent his early years west of Grandfield where he attended Victory School. Eventually, the family moved into town where Mike attended Grandfield High School, graduating in 1966. After high school, he attended a technical school in Oklahoma City, eventually moving to Fort Worth to work for General Dynamics. In 1972, Mike and Rebecca (Becky) Randall were married and they moved to Collinsville OK. In 1974, the couple returned to Grandfield and he began working at PPG in Wichita Falls TX. In January of 1975, Mike and Becky welcomed their first son, Brian and three years later another son, Jeremy. For the next 35 years, Mike worked shift work at PPG, eventually retiring as a Process Controller in 2008. Mike loved riding motorcycles, a passion he acquired at an early age and picked up again later in life—enjoying weekend rides with neighbors and friends.  For a number of years, Mike served on the Grandfield Ambulance Board and held numerous roles at the Grandfield Methodist Church, including helping to organize a monthly Men’s Prayer Breakfast for the community. He was an avid tinkerer and loved to take on new building projects both at home and for those he knew. Most of all, he loved family, visiting during get-togethers and holidays. In September of this year, Mike and Becky celebrated 51 years of marriage. Mike especially loved his two granddaughters, Addy and Elsa. 
Mike is survived by his wife, Becky Riddle of the home; his son Jeremy and wife Heather of Glenside PA; brother-in-law, Randy Randall of Cedar Park TX; Nieces, Janene Atchley and husband Donnie of Grandfield OK; Kathy Millsap of Wichita Falls TX; Jessica DiBiasio and husband Tony of Lake Travis TX; Debbie Riddle and husband Donnie; Deanna Park; Missy DeLozier and husband Keith, all of Collinsville OK; Nephews, Robbie Millsap and wife Beatrice of Frederick OK; Kerry Hart and Tara of Grandfield OK; Jordan Randall of San Diego CA; Randy Riddle and wife Sandy of Collinsville OK ; two granddaughters Addy Atchley of Grandfield OK and Elsa Riddle of Glenside PA. 
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Janna Riddle; father-in-law and mother-in-law Gilbert Wayne and Kay Randall; son Brian Riddle; sister Margena Bennett; brother Delbert Riddle; and nephew Mark Millsap.
