Nelda Arlene Dolen

Funeral service for Nelda Arlene Dolen, 77, of Lawton will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2107 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Grubbs of Trinity Assembly of God officiating. 

Nelda passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2018 in Lawton.

Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery, Lawton, Oklahoma 

Nelda was born on October 30, 1939 in her grandparents farmhouse east of Lawton in Comanche County to Arlo Loyal and Thelma Etta (Daubenspeck) Bisbee. She graduated from Lawton High School. Nelda worked for many years at Leo an Ken's Cafe and later at Big Chef before retiring. She married Charles Dolen on March 3, 1996 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Charles passed away on August 6, 2015. Nelda enjoyed reading and loved to embroidery. She was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church. 

She is survived by two sons and a daughter in law, Joe Mansel and Leslie Beatty, of Lubbock, Texas and Rick Mansel, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two daughters and a son in law, Vicki and Harold Hunt, of Binger, Oklahoma and Melanie Short, of Lawton, Oklahoma; her brother, Milton Bisbee, of Lawton, Oklahoma; her sister and brother in law, Sharon and Ron Ausbun, of Indiana; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles; and her granddaughter, Michele Hunt.
