Reba Ann Holt

Memorial service for Reba A. Holt, 71 of Lawton, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 29, 2019 in the Activity Center at Centenary Methodist Church of Lawton, Oklahoma. Dr. Brandon Dollarhite will officiate.

Mrs. Holt passed away on August 24, 2019 in Lawton, Oklahoma. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Reba was born on August 22, 1948 in Carnegie, OK to George and Zora Copeland.  She lived in and attended school in Carnegie.  She graduated High School early and came to Lawton to attend Cameron University.  Reba graduated from Cameron University with an Associates Degree. On July 21, 1972, she married Tony Holt at Quartz Mountain near Altus, OK.  She worked as a bank manager for many years.  From 1990 until their retirement in 2001, she and her husband ran the Mighty Distributing Systems, which specialized in the selling of wholesale auto parts.  In her leisure time, she enjoyed reading, watching movies, playing her piano, listening to music and traveling. Reba especially enjoyed traveling to Taos and Red River, New Mexico so she could enjoy going to galleries to look at her favorite artists, A. Kelly Pruitt’s work.

She is survived by her son: Cody Holt and his wife, Angela of Lawton, OK; her daughter: Tammy Buksh and her husband, Sharique of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren: Connor, Devin, Emerson, Emma and Morgan all of Lawton, OK, Maria Smith and her husband Jerry, Jana Buksh and Jason Buksh all of Edmond, OK; her great grandchildren: Caden and Evelyn Smith of Edmond, OK 

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother Alan Copeland.
