Ricky C. Biggs

Memorial service for Ricky C. Biggs, 61 of Lawton will be at  11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Paradise Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Donny Crittendon, pastor of Cyril First Baptist Church officiating.

Mr. Biggs passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Ricky was born on July 6, 1957 in Chickaska, Oklahoma to Charles and Betty (Brown) Biggs. He grew up in Cyril and graduated from Elgin High School in 1975. He worked for a while with his father and his brother at Charles Biggs Masonry before beginning his career with Goodyear Tire and Rubber in the early 80's... retiring in 2011. He married Diane Bolan on June 12, 1986 in Lawton. Ricky enjoyed hunting and fishing and going to the lake. He liked waterskiing and taught many to waterski adding his phrase, "Hold On". Ricky enjoyed football and his favorite team was the Denver Bronco's. He will be missed by all who knew him.    

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Diane Biggs, of the home; his father, Charles Biggs, of Elgin, OK; his daughter, Rhiannon Biggs, of Lawton, OK; his son, Steven Bolan, of Lawton; his brother and sister in law, Craig and Kathy Biggs, of Elgin, OK; four grandchildren, Chase Neitch, Hallye Bolan, Gavin Bolan, and Haggen Bolan; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and bothers in law and sisters in law.   

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Biggs; his mother and father in law, Olaf and Helene Lund and his son, Andrew "Andy" Bolan.
