Robert W. Whitzell

Graveside service for Robert William Whitzell, 79, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2022 at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma.

Mr. Whitzell passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 in Lawton. 

Robert was born on March 9, 1943 in New Kensington, PA to Henry and Mildred (Porter) Whitzell. He grew up in PA and OH. He served his country in the United Army for over 20 years before retiring in July of 1984 with the rank of SSG. He married Betty Jane McKelvey. She passed away.   
He is survived by his children; and his siblings, Michael "Roger" James Wild, Carole Sue Arsenault, and Jack Richard Simpson; and his companion, Heidi Mozingo.
