Tribute

Rosemary Veronica Anthony peacefully passed away at her home on Friday August 9th.  She was born at White Square, Llandeilo, Wales to Evan Henry Poole and Annie Davies Poole April 2, 1935.  She was delivered by her grandmother, Sara James Davies, who was a Registered Midwife.  Beloved wife of Evan David Anthony of the home whom she met in Wales at a dance.  They were married December 18, 1954 at Holy Trinity Church, Taliaris, Llandeilo, Wales.  Beloved daughter, Annie Elsie Dawn Anthony Smith and husband Terry (Lawton), son, Evan David Anthony II and wife Valerie (Hebron, Kentucky) and daughter Jennifer Ann Anthony Fischer and husband Hugo (Steilacoom, Washington).
She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Evan Austin Malcom Smith and wife Ina-Mai, April Dawn Smith, Evan David Anthony III and his wife Angie, Alexandrea Ann Stephanopoulos and husband David and Rosemary Elizabeth Fischer and husband John Ligon and Ed James Fischer.
She is fondly remembered by her great grandchildren, Reese, Nora, Aven, Solomon, Armor and John (Doody).
Rosemary is survived by her dear Sister-in-Law Rachel Clifford (Florida) and dear Sister-in-Law Mary Brown and husband Richey (Tennessee).   She is also survived by nieces and nephews Diane Poole (Wales), Rosemary Poole (England), Heather Lock and husband Christopher (England), Wendy Burgess and husband Anthony (England) and Kevin Poole (England).
She was predeceased in death by her parents and brothers; Robert Evan Charles Roy Poole and wife Eileen and Terrance Lloyd Poole and wife Winifred; her Brother-In-Law, Tommy Anthony and Charles Clifford.
Special thanks to her excellent caregivers; Mary, Jane, Janey and Rita.  Special thanks also to Promise Care Hospice especially Mary Jane.  
No service is to be held at this time.  A private family memorial will take place in Washington in the spring.  If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or the City of Lawton, “Pay It Forward” program at the Animal Shelter.
