Steve Murphy March

A Celebration of Life service for  Steve Murphy March, 64, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel. 

Steve passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 in Lawton.

Steve was born on November 22nd, 1956 in Lubbock, Texas to Arch Murphy March and Judith Patricia (Moss) March-Hawkins.  His life brought him to Oklahoma, where he became a fan of the "right" football team ( Oklahoma Sooners).  Steve enjoyed listening to classic rock, in particular, Blackberry Smoke. He enjoyed going to concerts with his wife Katy.  He could often be found out enjoying the road on one of his Harley's or barbequing for his family.  Steve loved spending time and making memories with his family. He was a friend of Bill and was a blessing to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.   

He is survived by his wife, Katy Reynolds March;  two daughters, Amber March of Lawton, and Jette March-Tyler and Husband Josh Tyler of Lawton; his step daughter, Laura Wells, of Lawton; his brother, Sean March, of San Antonio, Texas; his brother in law, Tom Reynolds of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren, Hadrian O'Neal, Jozlynn Tyler, McKenna Tyler, and Declan Tyler, all of Lawton; and his loving dogs; Duke and Annie.  

Steve is preceded in death by his parents.
