Twilla Dana Baskett, 83, of Grandfield, OK passed away on November 16, 2020, in Grandfield.

Graveside service will be, at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 23, 2020, at the Grandfield Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Chester King officiating.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required at the funeral home and the cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Gray Funeral Home, Grandfield, OK.

Twilla Dana Baskett was born February 14, 1937, in Lawton, OK to Daniel and Eleanor (Beaver) Longhat. She grew up in the Anadarko- Binger-Verden area. Twilla attended the Catholic School in Bixby, and graduated there. She married Jack Baskett on January 15, 1957, in Lawton and again in the Catholic Church in Grandfield, on February 12, 1975. She was employed by the Grandfield Public Schools as a school bus driver. Her favorite bus rider was Kent William Kinzer. She was a excellent woman's fast pitch player and was named MVP in many tournaments. Twilla was a very talented artist. She loved to do puzzles and she also cross stitched. She was a housewife and an excellent cook. She cooked for the Grandfield Migrant Aid Summer Program. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge,

Survivors include her son, Artie Baskett and Pam Stoll of Mounds, OK; two daughters Rhea June Moser and husband Mike of Gainesville, TX; Claudia Eleanor Baskett and Wil Niedo of Grandfield; two sisters, Marie Longhat of Atlanta, GA and Amelia Longhat of FL; a sister-in-law, Bea Longhat of Zuni, NM; grandchildren, Tisha and Aaron Henson; Ashley and Lisa Baskett ; Dana and Kyle McIntyre and Jones Baskett; great grandchildren, Joshlynn, Jalee, Livi, Keaton, Kadyn, Ashley Jr, Jessica, Jacob, Cooper, Lucy, and Jett; and several nieces and nephews.

Twilla was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Baskett; and several brothers and sisters.
