She was most helpful and caring with her suggestions for last minute decisions that had to be made. Janice did a superb job in presenting Dad in a very natural, peaceful looking state. We were beyond pleased. Ken was a trooper setting equipment up for a slide show. He was very friendly & brought smiles to our faces during an emotional time. Hannah was helpful in retrieving picture files & Tristan deserves a shout out for managing to record music we requested. There were last minute changes & they never seemed irritated.
