To the friends and family of Bettie, I lift all of you up in prayer.
I knew Bettie when she was a member of First Christian church of Lawton. We both sang in the choir, under the direction of her son, Joel.
While we all believe that we will meet again in that heavenly place, the sorrow, pain and loss are right now.
May God's peace be upon you, until that time.
