I played at least 100 rounds of golf with Benny. I can't tell you how many times he almost through me off the cart when he would turn unexpextedly. He always made me laugh, he always made it fun, he told lots of story's and he alway's won. If I shot 78 he would shoot 76, If I shot 82 he would shoot 76. He was one of those guys that everyone wanted to be around. I also worked with him for many years in car business. One thing was always clear- that was how much he loved Donna. He talked about her all the time. I will mis him alot an think of him often.

Benny will be missed. He always had a smile on his face and that wonderful laugh. Golfing with Benny was never dull. Last time I played with him he had a hole-in-one!!

Benny was a man's man. I don't know if I've ever met someone with more class, charisma and humor. As a young college student at Cameron University, Benny and Donna made ballroom dancing seem so cool and fun When I began my career as a reporter, I ran into Benny again. This time he was raising money to bring tasers to the Lawton Police Department. Today it's a standard part of their uniform. He was a wonderful man and I'm so glad I got to know him.
